Experience developing enterprise level application and custom integration solutions including major enhancements and interfaces, functions and features Experience using a variety of platforms to provide automated systems applications. Experience providing expertise regarding the integration of applications across the Department. Experience determining specifications, then plans, designs, and develops the most complex and business critical software solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processeseither individually or in concert with the project team. Experience developing programming and development standards and procedures as well as programming architectures for code reuse. Experience in state-of-the art programming languages and object-oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing and debugging programs Experience in researching and maintaining knowledge of emerging technologies and possible applications to the Department. Experience understanding and consistently applying the attributes and processes of current application development methodologies. Experience acting as a technical expert across multiple disciplines as well as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent. Expeience as a .NET full stack developer. Experience ensuring application performance and security standards through best practices.
