Knowledge of managing Experience management and Desktop engineering. 4. Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security, and cloud services. An expert with 10+ years of in-depth hands on experience in messaging and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, One drive, Sharepoint, Zoom and Webex. Proficient ((level 3/ 4 expert) in messaging and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, One drive. Mobile device management (MDM - Workspace One and Intune).
