The ideal candidate will also possess a strong background in reporting within the Oracle HCM environment. This role will begin onsite in Washington, DC for the first two months, with the option to transition to a remote position thereafter. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and implement Fast Formulas for the Benefits, Payroll, and Compensation modules. Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize formula performance. Design and create custom reports based on business needs, ensuring alignment with Oracle HCM standards. Provide technical expertise and support in Oracle HCM configuration and integration. Work closely with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to ensure accurate data processing and reporting. Perform system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy of Fast Formulas and reports. Document technical specifications and maintain up-to-date documentation of Fast Formulas and reporting structures. Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle HCM, with a focus on Fast Formulas. Proven expertise in developing Fast Formulas for Benefits, Payroll, and Compensation modules. Strong experience in Oracle HCM reporting, with the ability to create custom reports and dashboards. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM modules and configurations. Ability to work closely with functional teams and end-users to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with SQL and data analysis within Oracle HCM. Familiarity with other Oracle Cloud modules or integrations.
