Technical Skills : 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role Data Collection & Analysis Gather, analyze, and interpret business data from various sources to support decision-making processes. Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visual presentations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Present insights in a clear and engaging way for stakeholders. Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar. Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis Experience with data warehouse and BI tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or SAS Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization through data insights. Develop and maintain routine and ad-hoc reports to monitor key business metrics and performance indicators. Experience in data analysis, modeling, and reporting with an ability to simplify complex data for non- technical audiences. Experience with Agile methodology and working in cross-functional teams.
