Position:: SAP SuccessFactors Location:: Minneapolis, MN:: Onsite Role :: Duration:: Contract Role Responsibilities include: - Work as part of the IT Advisory, Technology Enablement (TE) and the SAP implementation engagements. - Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients - Manage and monitor tasks of HR function team members. - Deliver the WRICEF (stands for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms), Identify and undertake testing procedures. - In-charge on any HR function issues as well as coordinate with SAP on any product issues. - Develop function specification documents and the related documents in the project. - Provide services on both new implementations and existing support projects. - Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required;- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members. - Directly report to Business Lead/ Project Manager .- Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects - Analyze business processes including root cause analysis - Implement industry and corporate processes across all related Human Capital applications (on premise and cloud) Essential Skills: - At least 2 years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors compensation implementation experience or support experience - A minimum of 3 full cycle SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Compensation project implementations - Strong SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Compensation knows how - University degree in computer science, business information technology, mathematics, physics, engineering or equivalent - Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems - Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner - Willingness and ability to travel to customers and work abroad - Strong SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Compensation knows how Good at logical thinking and problem solving. - Good communication in both business language. - Good at communication in English language is required. - Understanding of business processes and SAP HCM/SF functions are the good points. - Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module Thanks, Sridar Guvvala iTech US, Inc.
