Responsibility for the successful completion of end-to-end project work, including all work products 2. Oversight of APO projects comprised of multiple deliverables, including delegation and coordination of tasks 3. Responsibility for creation and management of APD project plans 4. Development and execution of training and education on standard project management requirements and methods 5. Document project plans to reflect assigned projects, milestones, deliverables and deadlines 6. Manage multiple priorities and projects, and function in a fast passed moving constantly changing, deadline-driven environment Skill Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, and function in a fast passed moving constantly changing, deadline-driven environment Proficient use of project collaboration and tracking tools (Microsoft Project Suite, MS Teams, Zoom, etc.) Excellent communication skills and attention to detail with specific experience developing, editing, and preparing reports. Demonstrated ability to document project plans to reflect assigned projects, milestones, deliverables and deadlines. Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner. Senior level knowledge of Project Management. Ability to facilitate internal and external stakeholder meetings and create and deliver PowerPoint presentations. Ability to produce training and education on standard project management requirements and methods. Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and collaboration experience. Knowledge of NC Medicaid and Medicaid Enterprise System projects (MES) Ability to create APD project plans and track against CMS deliverables.
