Must Haves: Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of EUC exp with Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, Zoom, WebEx Proficient (level 3 expert) in messaging and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, One drive SharePoint, Zoom and Webex. Knowledge of managing Experience management and Desktop engineering. Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security, and cloud services. Extensive knowledge of end-user computing technologies, including Windows, macOS, SCCM, Intune, Image management, Application packaging, mobile device management (MDM), citrix and AVD.
