Please find the detail job description below Job Title: SAP IS-Utilities Device Management Job Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Onsite) Job Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: SAP FSM/Device Management Specialist within depth IS-Utilities knowledge and work experience in SAP DM/FSM and EAM areas. Utilize SAP FSM functionality to optimize field service operations related to device installations, maintenance, and repairs. Configure FSM workflows, schedules, and resource assignments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Integrate SAP FSM with SAP ISU for seamless coordination between back-office operations and field service activities. Provide support for FSM users, troubleshoot issues, and enhance system capabilities based on business requirements. Manage lifecycle of devices used in utilities (such as meters, sensors, etc.) within SAP ISU. Configure and maintain device master data including technical specifications, installation details, and maintenance schedules. Handle device installations, replacements, and removals in coordination with field service teams. Monitor device performance, health, and status to ensure optimal functionality and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device integration, communication, and functionality within the SAP ISU landscape. Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP ISU Device Management (DM), Meter Reading (MR) modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate device management processes with other SAP ISU modules and external systems. Stay updated with the latest SAP ISU releases, patches, and best practices to ensure the system is optimized for utility operations. Leverage SAP EAM functionality to manage utility assets including devices, equipment, and infrastructure. Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to maximize asset lifespan and minimize downtime.
