| Hi, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Remote 12+ years of exp Key requirements include: * Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (3-5+ years). * Comfortable working directly with end-users and developers. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially strong listening skills. * Experience working with an agile/scrum implementation methodology. * Experience writing user stories, scenario-based test cases, and business process diagramming. * Problem solving with root cause analysis experience. * Experience facilitating end-user requirements and design sessions. * Good team player as well as individually driven. * Background working with CE in an integrated environment where data is received from, and sent to, Dynamics F&O. Key requirements include: . Experience with MS D365 CE capabilities and architecture . Technical, development and administration experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including configuration and customization experience. . Expert in Plug-In development, Portal development along with Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Pages, Flows and PowerApps) . Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Experience working with an agile/scrum implementation methodology. . Experience with user stories, process maps, user journey maps and similar tools . 6+ years of demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE) in a business-facing role (preferred but not required).
