Incident, change and problem management, ongoing operational excellence of environments, infrastructure consolidation/expansion, and release/patch management, including developing/carrying out production support procedures including business continuity and disaster recovery procedures. Top 3 Must Haves: 1. Excellent troubleshooting skills 2. Good communication and collaboration 3. Worked in customer facing role Required Skills: 1. Hands-on experience in MS Exchange Online Protect 2. Hands-on experience in O365 3. Hands-on experience in MS Exchange Server 4.
