The main requirements are heavy mortgage servicing, product analysis and Confluence/Jira. We would love to consider anyone that has worked inside of GSEs in the past. Ideally candidates will have at least 8 years of experience. The role can be remote for excellent candidates, though if theyre local to Northern VA, they are welcome to go on site as needed. The hiring team is fairly quick with feedback. Opportunity Product Analyst We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join the team supporting our Client and creating a meaningful impact. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating innovative solutions. To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of product analysis and a keen interest in developing strategies and procedures. You should be highly analytical with a good understanding of data analysis techniques and software. A solid understanding of the mortgage industry is preferred with Mortgage Servicing experience and knowledge highly desired. Position Responsibilities As Senior Product Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing products and services. You will also be responsible for developing performance metrics and monitoring programs. As part of your role, you will be expected to analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer experience. Develop and optimize products and services. Analyze market trends and customer needs to help develop product strategies. Utilize data analysis software such as Excel and SQL to interpret data and assess trends. Stay informed of developments in the mortgage industry and suggest product updates accordingly. Qualifications Bachelors degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
