Role: Project Manager Commercial lending / Mortgage Location: Remote Duration: Long term Contract Job description Client is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in mortgage lending and project management to oversee the implementation of the different mortgage origination and servicing solutions (AFS Replacement/ Empower Enhancements & Expansion/ MSP implementation). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage processes and technology, as well as a proven track record of successfully managing similar projects from inception to completion. We need senior people for these projects with proven record of doing similar work + knowledge of mortgage/lending+ PMP certification. Key Responsibilities: Lead the workstreams within mortgage/lending solution implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Collaborate with stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors, to gather requirements and define project scope. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, adjusting as needed to ensure successful delivery. Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to senior management. Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity and resolution of project-related matters. Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement. Qualifications: 5+ years of project management experience, specifically in the mortgage or lending industry.
