| Job Description - Title : Retail Systems Architect Location : Media, PA (hybrid)Need local Duration: 6+ months Visa: No H1b/CPT MOI: Video Must have Retail industry ex Principal Duties: Provide leadership on projects, design, architecture, and facilitate the definition of project deliverables. Complete project deliverables based on the agreed scope; estimate work effort, duration, resources, and requirements; ensure that requirements are being met. Define tracking mechanisms and ensure IT standards and methodology are met; manage client expectations and project scope; motivate team members; track IT resources; appropriately report status; deliver quality results. Understand and facilitate the documenting of business processes and procedures cross-functionally. Leverage this knowledge to identify and recommend process and technical solutions to solve business problems. Provide technical leadership and consulting across the Loyalty system applications, architecture, security, infrastructure, and web service functions & features down to the project planning level Facilitate requirements gathering tasks. Analyze requirements for system enhancements and modifications. Facilitate the documentation of business and technical requirements. Research and analyze options; recommend solutions; and write functional specifications. Serve as technical lead for operational support issues escalated by team members of key business partners. Work with IT and outside vendors to resolve technology issues for the business, corporate departments and other IT groups. Familiar with and ability to apply working knowledge of NCR Advanced Marketing System and\\or GK Software Engage solutions Loyalty and Rewards Systems and Architecture Microsoft Platforms AWS and Cloud Related Concepts and Technologies Networking Concepts and Technologies Information Security Concepts and Technologies Observability and Telemetry [Datadog] End Point Management [Ivanti] Automation [Powershell] VCenter/Esxi / Virtualization / VSan Code Repository and Management [GitHub/Jenkins] 7.
