Job Description :

Serve as a liaison for managing requirements between the business, SME's and the development team.Work on IDOC change pointer and enhance customer master IDOC (DEBMAS) and distributing the master data.Develop a dialog module program to assign sales order quantities that are group by master order.Establish settings for various integration points which effect SD, in coordination with the MMWM, and FI teams.Participate in unit testing, functional acceptance testing, integration testing and of WRICEF objects in CRM and ECC.Develop complex ALV report for sales order, delivery and back order processes for ASPAC region for customer dashboard.Modify the dialog programming with Unicode conversion to print the documents require for shipping a delivery using LPN number.Monitor, reprocess manual postings of IDOC's and setup including partner profiles, process codes and port definition.Integrate a broad variety of component systems with EP, including BW, CRM, R3, and third-party applications.Lead consultant responsible for designing and implementing solutions to enhancements and new requirements relate to the current APO planning solution.Work on IM close and PS close on previous year projects and work on different reports according to client requirement.Used BAPI's for fetching the material description information of a material and fetching the material category to the ESS.Create test scenarios for unit testing and integration testing for all business processes and obtain sign-off after successful completion of UAT.Work on custom BADI and user exit enhancements in order to cash (OTC) processes to meet new business requirements.Prepare customer master data and condition master data template and submit to customer with explanation and upload master data through LSMW

Location :  Santa Clara, CA(Onsite)

Duration : Long Term

SAP SRM Integration:
 Implement and manage SAP SRM solutions to streamline supplier interactions, improve procurement efficiency, and enhance vendor relationships.

SAP MM Optimization:
 Configure and customize SAP MM modules to support procurement, inventory, and materials management processes. Ensure integration with other SAP modules for seamless operations.

Procurement Management:
 Develop and execute procurement strategies, manage vendor selection and performance, process purchase orders, and handle contract negotiations.

Inventory Management:
 Oversee inventory levels, ensure accurate material valuation, and implement control measures to maintain optimal stock levels.

Supply Chain Coordination:
 Coordinate logistics for material delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams for demand forecasting, and integrate procurement activities with overall supply chain processes.

Compliance & Documentation:
 Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies, maintain accurate documentation, and support audit processes.

System Optimization & Support:
 Troubleshoot SAP SRM and MM system issues, configure solutions to meet specific industry requirements, and provide end-user training and support.

Reporting & Analysis:
 Generate and analyze reports on procurement and inventory performance, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights.

What Were Looking For:

Experience:
 Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SRM and SAP MM, ideally 

Technical Skills:
 Proficiency in SAP SRM and MM configuration, customization, and troubleshooting. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

Industry Knowledge:
 Strong understanding supply chain, procurement, and inventory management practices.

Analytical Skills:
 Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Communication Skills:
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors, internal teams, and management.

Regulatory Knowledge:
 Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to procurement and inventory management
