| HCM Data Migration Lead - Cornerstone & Workday Learning 100% remote 6 months Job Description We are looking for an HCM Data Migration Lead. What You"ll Do Supports and coordinates obtaining data gathering Supports and coordinates data mapping sessions as required Creates data extraction reports as required from Cornerstone and executes data extraction Works with functional workstream lead and subject matter experts to support data mapping Transforms learning historical data to Workday learning required data templates Conducts data transformation and validations as required Establishes, builds, and performs technical validations (i.e., counts, checks on data and those required by CG) Leads & documents the reporting for technical validations.
