Successful candidate will be joining a strong team of SAP TM professionals delivering expanding their S4 footprint. Instrumental in SAP TM identifying enhancement points, participating in workshops, and delivering RICEFW with a team through a rigorous build / testing framework. Need minimum 10+ years of experiecnce Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements for resolving issues, enhancements, and projects. Formulate and configure applications to meet business requirements and execute solutions that help business units achieve their strategic objectives. Author Functional Specification Documents Test and track business requirements through implementation. Analyze business strategy and user needs, document business processes, and translate business objectives into proper system requirement specifications for resolving issues, new enhancements, and new applications. Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding and available IT solutions. Interpret existing applications and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Requirements * 4 years hands-on SAP TM * Rail and Vessel experience is a plus * Writing code. ABAP, development background would catch manager's eye 2+ years of Business Analyst or ABAP experience through internships or industry experience to include: Experience developing and managing functional/technical specifications and test plans 2+ years SAP experience Excellent documentation experience using Microsoft office, SharePoint or similar tool Ability to identifying process issues and suggestions for improvement Strong communicator with organized thought delivery. Self starter / independent worker.
