Key Responsibilities: Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and coordinate efforts with diverse teams, including business stakeholders, engineering, design, research, and analytics, to develop and implement enforcement solutions that support the marketplaces strategic objectives. Enforcement Platform Development: Spearhead the creation and optimization of the enforcement platform, ensuring it effectively addresses and mitigates risks while promoting sustainable growth within the marketplace. Control Catalog Management: Build and maintain a comprehensive catalog of controls that empower the business to take decisive actions against bad actors and policy violators, thereby safeguarding the integrity of the marketplace. Capability Development: Drive the development of enforcement capabilities that enhance the businesss ability to identify, assess, and act against non-compliant behavior and policy breaches. Strategic Risk Management: Balance risk mitigation strategies with growth objectives by designing and implementing solutions that prevent and address issues without stifling marketplace expansion. Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics and research to inform decision-making, measure the effectiveness of enforcement measures, and continuously refine and improve enforcement strategies.
