Role: SCCM Admin Location: New Haven, CT (Onsite) Duration: Contract Job description: Technical Skills Endpoint Management Expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager SCCM Expertise with Microsoft Intune and Azure AD Experience with Windows Autopilot and Modern Management practices Knowledge of MacOS and iOS device management solutions in Intune and Apple SchoolBusiness Manager Software Packaging and Deployment Proficiency in application packaging Experience with software distribution and update management Expertise in Power Security and Compliance Strong understanding of endpoint security best practices and standards Experience implementing and managing security policies eg BitLocker Windows Defender Conditional Access Knowledge of compliance standards eg GDPR HIPAA ISO 27001 Infrastructure and Cloud Services Experience with Microsoft Azure Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop Knowledge of network architecture and services VPN DNS DHCP Modern Endpoint Management In depth understanding of modern endpoint management approaches Ability to design and implement solutions using Intune for mobile device management MDM and mobile application management MAM Experience with BYOD Bring Your Own Device strategies and managing diverse device environments Knowledge of management strategies combining Intune and SCCM. Soft Skills: Strategic Planning Ability to design and implement longterm endpoint management strategies Experience in developing roadmaps and setting technical direction for endpoint solutions. Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex issues Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential problems Communication and Collaboration Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams IT Security Helpdesk etc Experience in leading technical discussions and presenting solutions to stakeholders. Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation Experience engaging with endusers to gather requirements and feedback. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in endpoint management and IT infrastructure roles At least 3-5 years in a senior or architect level position Project Management: Proven track record of managing and delivering largescale IT projects. Certifications: Relevant certifications eg Microsoft Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert Skills: Endpoint, Intune, SCCM.
