Certification: ITIL Expert certification or ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification is required. Additional ITSM certifications (e.g., ISO/IEC 20000) are a plus. Experience : 8 to 10 years of experience in IT Service Management. Proven experience in leading ITIL process implementations in a complex environment. Skills : Strong understanding of ITIL framework and its application. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
