Qualifications
:

Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certification:
ITIL Expert certification or ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification is required. Additional ITSM
certifications (e.g., ISO/IEC 20000) are a plus.

Experience
:

8 to 10 years of experience in IT Service Management.

Proven experience in leading ITIL process implementations in a complex environment.

Skills
:

Strong understanding of ITIL framework and its application.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) is preferred
