Proven experience in effective communication, working closely with both business and technical teams.Nice to Have Skills: Familiarity with CE Access tools, enabling insight into CA-GEN objects for impact analysis, identifying integrations, and analyzing data sets used by mainframe-based applications. Knowledge of CICS (Customer Information Control System). Strong technical writing skills, especially in bridging business and technical needs within cross-functional project teams. Ability to create, update, and understand process diagrams using Microsoft Visio.Preferred Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in one or more of the following: Proficiency in CE Access tools. Experience in creating and maintaining architecture diagrams. Hands-on mainframe development experience using CA-GEN. Proficiency in COBOL for mainframe development. Experience with mainframe batch processing using JCL, TSO, ISPF. Expertise in web service development, including SOAP and/or REST.
