As a Vlocity Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Vlocity solutions on the Salesforce platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of overall experience in Salesforce, with a strong background in Vlocity implementation, configuration, and customization. Proven experience leading Vlocity implementations and configuring Vlocity solutions on the Salesforce platform. Strong understanding of Vlocity products and their capabilities, as well as Salesforce best practices and industry trends. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Vlocity implementation, configuration, and customization. Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support Vlocity implementation and configuration. Experience with Agile project management methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
