Support the documentation and delivery of design artifacts, for processes, and the supporting needed S4/HANA technical realization. Experience in developing RICEFWs specific to SAP Master Data Governance Experience in Floor Plan Manager/Web Dynpro ABAP, Rule Based Workflow configurations, MDG BADIs, BRF+, Classes & methods, Data Replication Techniques Proven ABAP experience including: Strong MDG data Modelling and Process Modelling experience Experience with automation of MDG consolidation ============================================================================= Role: Oracle Fusion Core HR and Compensation Job Location: Houston, TX(Hybrid) Should have a total of at least 8+ Years of IT experience with a minimum of 5+ years of experience on Oracle Core HCM and Compensation implementation and Support. Must have 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM product lines. Preferred certifications include Oracle Cloud certifications related to HCM, such as Oracle Fusion Compensation Implementation Specialist or Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Consultant. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Core HR and compensation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity and ease with IT systems and Microsoft Office products. Highly skilled in problem solutions and analysis. Completed one full life cycle implementation of Core HCM, Oracle compensation Cloud. At least 3-5 years experience demonstrating an understanding of the Oracle Cloud human capital management concepts and general module features for journey and Compensation. Provide training and knowledge transfer to client administrators and end-users on Oracle Fusion Compensation and Core HR functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise ============================================================================= Role: GEN AI Architect Job Location: Raritan, NJ Bachelor/masters degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field with 15+ years of experience Should be from premier institute like IIT, NIT or equal. 2+ years of experience in developing and implementing Generative AI models, with a strong understanding of techniques such as GPT, T5 and BERT Experience with LLMs OpenAI GPT and others Experience in latest GenAI application development frameworks Project management and governance experience preferred. Candidates with Technical and management skills given stronger preference. Experience with handling customers at SLT and VP level.
