This role focuses on the full lifecycle of AI projects, from problem identification and solution design to deployment and performance monitoring. The architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI systems that enhance business processes, drive innovation, and improve user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect scalable AI solutions using generative models such as GPT, DALLE, and other transformer-based architectures. Develop blueprints and strategies for integrating AI models into business processes, ensuring alignment with overall technical architecture. Ensure architectural compliance with company standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune generative models and ensure they meet business objectives. Define and manage the lifecycle of AI models, including training, evaluation, versioning, and deployment strategies. Design feedback loops to continuously improve model performance, accuracy, and relevance. Work closely with engineering and operations teams to integrate generative AI models into production environments. Design APIs, microservices, and other components that make generative models accessible to users and systems. Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and optimized for performance. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, particularly in the field of generative models. Prototype and experiment with novel architectures and algorithms to solve business challenges. Identify opportunities for generative AI to drive innovation and improve business outcomes. Design AI systems that are secure, privacy-conscious, and aligned with ethical standards for AI usage. Implement controls to minimize biases, ensure fairness, and guarantee compliance with data protection regulations. Act as a liaison between AI research teams, product management, and engineering teams. Communicate complex AI concepts and architectures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Work closely with leadership to define AI strategy and roadmap. Set up monitoring systems for real-time performance analysis of deployed AI models. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI systems and optimize them based on user feedback and operational data. Ensure AI models are regularly updated to adapt to new data and changing business conditions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Proven experience with generative AI models (e.g., GPT, DALLE, BERT, etc.). Strong proficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc. Experience in designing and developing large-scale distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API development. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or P, especially AI and ML services. Understanding of data engineering, data pipelines, and model deployment technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools. AI/ML Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, deep learning, and neural networks. Experience in fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and working with foundational models. Ability to work with unstructured data and design end-to-end AI solutions, from data collection to model deployment. Ability to translate business problems into AI use cases and technical requirements. Understanding of the impact and potential of AI within business processes and industries. Experience in AI strategy and developing AI-driven products or services. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading AI projects from inception to deployment. Ability to mentor and guide data scientists, machine learning engineers, and other team members. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to design solutions for complex AI/ML challenges. Innovative thinking to prototype and experiment with new AI architectures and techniques. Preferred Qualifications: Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. Experience in ethical AI and responsible AI practices. Prior experience in designing AI solutions for specific domains like healthcare, finance, or e-commerce. Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or relevant research publications.
