| Job Title : BI/Dashboard Developer Location : Remote Duration : Long Term Rate: $48/hr MAX Mandatory Skills : Custom Visualization Creation , Dashboard Implementation, Data Modeling, Security Implementation. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Expertly perform tasks under supervision. Aid in the front-end design, development, and implementation of internal and client facing dashboards (e.g., Operational, Performance, and or Analytical (deep dive) dashboards). Work with a team to develop and deliver custom technical analytic solutions (e.g., dashboards, visualizations) to both internal and external stakeholders. Assist with designing, creating, and implementing custom visualizations and outputs that communicate complex analytic insights to non-technical audiences within the BI platform amongst others. Assist in the development of detailed functional specifications in support of Power Apps and dashboards. Create and implement security parameters in analytical solutions. Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop and implement dashboard workflows (develop, test, deploy) between internal resources and external parties. Work with team to design and develop custom BI models for analytical purposes. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (BSBA, MSMA preferred) in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field. Experience with industry leading tools including BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Mode, Looker, etc. Experience in helping create custom and templated data models for Operational, Performance, and or BI dashboards reports. Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouse tools is strongly preferred. Background in statistics and business intelligence reporting. Familiarity with PowerBI optimization tools a plus (DAX studio, Vertipac analyzer). Familiarity with data ingestion resources and concepts (e.g., API, SFTP, ELT). (1.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. (2.) To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects. (3.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions or review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). (4.) To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and closure of escalations.
