Could you review the following job requirement and let me know if you are interested Position: IT Project Manager (Healthcare EMR Rollout) Location: Ideally Franklin, TN (1 day/week in office); Remote flexibility with travel to South Carolina for go-live events (travel expenses covered) Duration: 9-12 month contract Rate: $60/hr C2C Visa: NO H1B Overview: We are seeking a highly collaborative and detail-oriented IT Project Manager for a 9-12 month contract to support the rollout of a new Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. The project plan is already established, and the PM will focus on executing the plan, managing changes, and maintaining vendor relationships throughout the process. This role requires travel to South Carolina during go-live phases (expenses covered by Acadia). Key Responsibilities: Execute against the established project plan for a new EMR system rollout Coordinate with multiple 3rd party vendors and maintain clear communication channels Manage project changes and ensure the timely delivery of milestones Use Smartsheet for tracking project progress Oversee go-live events in South Carolina, collaborating with on-site teams Required Experience: Healthcare IT experience with a focus on understanding HL7 transactions and healthcare standards Basic knowledge of EMR systems Proven experience working with 3rd party vendors in a project management capacity Strong skills in project tracking tools like Smartsheet Ideal Candidate: Highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and accountability across all project phases Collaborative and able to work closely with various stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams Able to manage multiple tasks and pivot as necessary to handle project changes Travel Requirements: Travel to South Carolina for go-live events as needed (travel expenses covered) Trust is Contagious!!
