Job Summary: As a Zoho CRM Developer, you will be responsible for customizing and optimizing our Zoho CRM platform to meet the needs of our business. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other systems. Key Responsibilities: Customization and Configuration: Customize Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, and workflows based on business requirements. Create and manage custom functions, workflows, and automation rules. Integration: Integrate Zoho CRM with other applications (e.g., Zoho Suite, third-party tools) using APIs and webhooks. Ensure data flow between systems is accurate and efficient. Development: Develop custom applications and extensions using Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting. Write and maintain code, documentation, and specifications for custom solutions. Support and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Zoho CRM. Provide ongoing support and training to users. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide insights on best practices. Assist in data migration and cleansing activities as needed. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: 8+ year of experience as a Zoho CRM Developer or Similar role. Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Deluge scripting. Experience with API integrations and data management. Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
