| Hi, Security Engineer Location: Denver, CO (onsite) Duration: 6-12+ months Skills Implementation experience with SIEM products. Develop and refine correlation rules to improve detection accuracy. (Frontier is planning to change Rapid 7 SIEM product, and the replacement product is not yet finalized.MS sentinel POC has been completed so far) Candidates should have implementation experience with Proofpoint Email authentication protocols. Implementation experience with Cloud security activities specifically Defender for cloud, RBAC and PIM in Azure. Implement, Manage, and optimize Cyber security tools, including IDS/IPS, firewall analyzer, antivirus, and other security-related technologies. Work with the Development team to remediate the vulnerabilities in application Source code. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement and maintain security solutions. Work with the IT and security teams to identify and remediate vulnerabilities in the Active directory environment. Integrate threat intelligence feeds into security monitoring processes. Provide support and expertise to other teams on security-related matters. Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for SOC processes. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, techniques, and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
