Expertise and Consultation: - Serve as the primary point of contact for all Delinea-related inquiries and issues. - Provide expert advice on the implementation, configuration, and management of Delinea products. - Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Delinea's product offerings and updates. 2. Implementation and Management: - Lead the implementation and deployment of Delinea solutions for clients. - Ensure that all configurations and customizations meet client requirements and industry best practices. - Monitor and manage the performance and security of Delinea installations. - Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Delinea products. 3. Training and Support: - Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for clients and internal teams. - Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the effective use of Delinea solutions. - Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices. 4. Continuous Improvement: - Identify opportunities for improving the implementation and management of Delinea solutions. - Provide feedback and suggestions for product enhancements. - Contribute to the development of internal processes and standards for Delinea product use. Required qualifications to be successful in this role Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in IT security, with a focus on Delinea products. - Extensive knowledge of Delinea's product suite. - Strong understanding of security best practices and industry standards. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with training and documentation development. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
