What do they not want to see Someone who is a SOC analyst, who has worked exclusively in a data center, and stay away from SIEM. If a candidate has SOCK/SIEM/CERT quiz them hard to make sure they have log file analysis experience cracking into log files (hands on). Interview Process: Week of October 7th - one in person round, 1-2 hours.
