This role will help support a total of 5 instances of Accela spanning multiple agencies and additional agencies that utilize data from these systems. This individual will be looked upon to provide technical support to other team members and agency customers. Serves as a Technical Consultant to the client to develop solutions and streamline critical business processes. Supports and enhances the agencies business needs through the maintenance and modification of existing Accela applications.
