We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Functional Consultant - SAP EAM & Service and Asset Manager that we believe aligns well with your experience and skills. Role Overview: As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) solutions. Your role will involve facilitating blueprinting workshops, managing change management discussions, and working hands-on with SAP EAM and SSAM configurations. Additionally, you will integrate SAP EAM with other SAP S/4HANA modules and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end design and implementation of SAP EAM and SSAM solutions. - Conduct blueprinting workshops and provide industry best practices, particularly in Life Sciences, Utility, and Oil & Gas sectors. - Manage change management discussions to drive adoption of standard SAP practices. - Handle SAP EAM and SSAM configuration, enhancements, testing, data migration, and continuous improvement. - Integrate SAP EAM with other SAP S/4HANA modules and SSAM with S/4HANA or ECC. - Optional: Utilize experience with SAP Field Service Management and SAP Asset Performance Management. - Apply knowledge of Predictive Maintenance and IoT-based service and asset management solutions. - Understand regulatory and compliance requirements in relevant industries. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ABAP developers and integration consultants, across onshore and offshore locations. - Communicate effectively with business teams to implement SAP EAM and SSAM solutions. - Be prepared to travel as needed for the project. Requirements: 1. At least 10 years of experience with SAP EAM and SSAM solutions. 2. Proven experience in leading blueprinting workshops and implementing industry best practices. 3. Proficiency in SAP EAM and SSAM configuration and related processes. 4. Strong integration experience with SAP S/4HANA modules. 5. Preferred experience in SAP Field Service Management and Asset Performance Management. 6. Knowledge of Predictive Maintenance and IoT-based solutions. 7. Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in relevant sectors. 8. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing SAP projects. 9. Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with business teams. 10. Willingness to travel as required.
