Data Analysis: Analyze customer data and documentation to identify potential risks and discrepancies; prepare reports on findings. Documentation: Ensure all KYC documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, and operations, to streamline KYC processes and improve efficiency. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to KYC and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations. Risk Assessment: Evaluate customer risk profiles and recommend appropriate actions based on findings. Training and Support: Assist in training staff on KYC processes and compliance requirements; provide ongoing support to team members. Reporting: Generate regular reports for management on KYC performance metrics and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in KYC, AML compliance, or a related field. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Knowledge: Familiarity with KYC regulations, financial crime compliance, and risk management frameworks.
