(Laptops / Desktops / Displays / Mobile Devices / Printers / Scanners / Payment Devices/ MTR Kits / Conference Room Camera / Audio Equipment / Misc. Peripherals, etc.). Make decisions around hardware configurations and systems specifications. Coordinating and leading in the design, testing, evaluation, implementation, and support of solutions on an enterprise-wide scale (hardware, software, systems tools, and IT processes). Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware deployments (Bios/firmware/drivers). Design and document enterprise standards and procedures. Ensure proposed solutions and platforms/systems conform to established enterprise/industry standards (systems management, security, operating systems, etc.).
