The Information Technology Division is seeking a senior technical Project Scrum Master to drive the project delivery of the development and implementation of a cloud-based data management platform that will support the agencys data management needs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective cloud-based solutions for complex data management problems. The candidate must have data security, cloud infrastructure, with knowledge of transportation related data preferred. Skill Years Used Last Used Experience managing cloud-based solutions for data management and analytics. Required 8Years Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and software systems, including Azure and Google Cloud. Required 8Years Experience with data processing and storage tools (e.g., Spark, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Event Hub, Azure SQL, Synapse). Required 8 Years Knowledge of transportation data and project management with transportation data is a plus Required8 Years Experience in IT Infrastructure delivery (networking, physical plant, vendor management, site provisioning) is preferred. Required 8 Years Technical Business Analyst understanding of data integration and data project Required 8 Years Experience in the roll-out and adoption of governance tools such as Alation, Collibra, Informatica, or Microsoft Purview.
