Project Description: Alcoa issues a sustainability report each year, and the requirements for sustainability are going to be increasing under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) as mandated by the EU. These new reporting requirements will be implemented in 2026 using 2025 data. Alcoa is looking for a new system that can handle the new sustainability reporting needs. Also the process needs to be improved as well. Data needs: Sustainability needs Data identification Data collection Data storage Data systems integration Data reporting Data presentation IT Skill Requirements Data Analysis Data Strategy Database Management Systems Integrations Good IT collaborators will know: Sustainability guidelines Sustainability lingo The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for an IT Project Manager. Ideal candidates must have 10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager. Experience implementing multi-site, multi-country cloud systems for global organizations is required. Specific experience implementing sustainability systems, projects or reporting systems is highly preferred. A data background to include experience with: data analysis, data strategy, database management, systems integrations, data reporting, storage, collection, identification is also required.
