(HAVE 14-15 Years of Experience in Total) seeking an experienced M365 Project Manager with a focus on infrastructure, security, governance, and migration (tenant-to-tenant and hybrid). You will lead multiple M365 migration and implementation projects, ensuring robust security, effective governance, and seamless device migrations using Intune and Autopilot. Key Skills and Experience: Education: Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Certifications: PMP required; Microsoft 365, Azure, Security, Intune/Autopilot certifications are highly desirable. Experience: 10+ years in IT project management, focusing on infrastructure, security, and migration. 3+ years in managing M365 projects with expertise in tenant-to-tenant and hybrid migrations. Proven ability to establish governance and compliance frameworks in M365 environments. Strong experience in M365 security, including Azure AD Premium, Azure Information Protection, and Multi-factor Authentication. Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of M365 infrastructure, security, and migration strategies. Expertise in Intune and Autopilot configuration and device management. Experience with change management, disaster recovery, and security audits. Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in consulting roles managing M365 projects for government or large enterprise clients. Knowledge of third-party security tools and their integration with Microsoft 365.
