This position requires on-site work in Washington, DC, an active Top Secret clearance, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. The role involves advanced technical data analysis, service desk management, data reporting, and cost management. Responsibilities of the Senior Data Analyst: Service Desk Management: Manage IT service desk tickets related to mobile telecommunication services and devices. Tasks include new device orders, Mobile Telephone Number (MTN) changes, voicemail resets, and global roaming plans. Inventory and Ordering: Reconcile inventory and manage ordering. Maintain Mobile Phone Operations (MPO) documentation. Data Management and Reporting: Create professional reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) and design systems to produce customized data tracking reports. Data Analysis: Analyze data for usage, billing, and personnel tracking. Distribute reports and streamline data analysis toolsets. Cost Management and Error Resolution: Manage costs and reduce waste, validate invoice charges, and resolve errors with vendors. Customer Service and Team Support: Coordinate customer service problem ticket resolutions and present Agile release planning projects. Qualifications: Top Secret Clearance required Bachelors degree in a related field 3+ years of advanced technical data analysis 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office programs 3+ years of experience with Oracle 11g or other enterprise database systems Preferred Qualifications: Experience with JIRA for project tracking and ticket management Experience with mobile telecommunications programs 2+ years of experience with VMware WorkspaceOne/AirWatch or similar mobile device management products 3+ years of experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) 3+ years of experience with PowerBI tools This is a proposal role, and qualified candidates will play a key role in supporting the FBI's mobile telecommunication services.
