The individual must be an excellent communicator, tactful diplomat, problem solver, and out of the box thinker with the ability to understand and respond to customer and business needs in rapidly changing business environment. Duties/Responsibilities: MDH is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to support the PMM application development work. The Business Analysts responsibilities will include: Use your analytical powers to uncover business objectives Facilitate requirements gathering sessions Gather requirements from end users and document in a pre-defined format for the development team to build solutions Prepare as-is and to-be process maps/workflows Actively engage product owner and business SMEs to translate solution needs into actionable user stories Partner with product owner/SMEs to define acceptance criteria Negotiate with product owner/SMEs on alternative solutions Facilitate and support product backlog management Coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure functionality meets business needs before go-live Education: Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in the specific discipline required by the State. A Masters Degree or Ph.D. Degree is preferred. General Experience: At least 12 years of relevant industry experience in the discipline is required. Specialized Experience: Experience working in Agile methodology Exposure to health care domain Possess extensive analytical skills to properly interpret a customer's business needs and translate them into functional specifications Be able to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams to deliver business and functional requirements including interface prototypes and process maps " Keywords: golang |
