| Hello, Greetings from Encore Consulting Services, Inc Job Title: OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) Architect Location: 100% Remote (EST Time Zone) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) Architect to design, implement, and manage robust cloud solutions for large enterprise systems. This remote role requires expertise in Oracle products, cloud deployment, and Unix/Linux environments, with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).Key Responsibilities: Cloud Architecture & Implementation: Design and build cloud architectures on OCI, focusing on networking, storage, and system administration. Network Design & Optimization: Plan and optimize OCI networking components, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions. System Administration: Manage Unix/Linux environments, Oracle databases, and middleware, ensuring high availability and optimized performance. Customer Interaction: Serve as the technical point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance on cloud architecture and system administration. Cloud Monitoring & Management: Implement Oracle Cloud Observability tools, develop dashboards, and set up alerts for proactive management. HA/DR Solutions: Design and implement High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions to ensure business continuity. Automation & IaC: Automate cloud deployments using Ansible and Terraform, following Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.Must-Have Skills: 10+ years of experience architecting solutions for large enterprise systems with a focus on cloud technologies. Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including networking, storage, and system administration. Proven expertise in Oracle products such as ERP, WMS, HCM, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle Databases. Proficiency with cloud deployment tools like Ansible and Terraform. Strong scripting skills in Unix/Linux Shell, Perl, Ansible, and Python. Deep understanding of cloud networking (VCN design, subnets, security lists, load balancing). Knowledge of HA/DR strategies in cloud environments. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Nice to Have: Claims Domain experience is a plus.
