At least 3-5 years experience demonstrating an understanding of the Oracle Cloud human capital management concepts and general module features for journey and Compensation. Provide training and knowledge transfer to client administrators and end-users on Oracle Fusion Compensation and Core HR functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques. Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation as needed.
