SAP Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SAP, smartsheets, SAC, IDQ and MDG. Global Integration: Good knowledge of company functions globally and process integration among departments. Leadership Styles: Ability to use a range of influencing and leadership styles effectively. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and thoroughly. Influencing Skills: Ability to influence internal and external contacts on various services. Project Management: Deep understanding of Project Management principles is preferred. Technical Navigation: Experience navigating a large IT department with multiple technologies. Innovation Facilitation: Capable of facilitating innovation in business process and technical solution delivery. Leadership Experience: Experience leading a matrix team of professionals and communicating with various management levels. Industry Experience: More than 10 years of experience developing and supporting finance applications and more than 5 years in the Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences industry (preferred). Self-Motivation: Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Educational Background: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in information technology, engineering, computer science, or business administration (required). An advanced degree such as an MBA or equivalent experience is preferred. Proven Ability: Proven ability in high-growth businesses and developing teams to scale and deliver on commitments.
