Analyze and understand a problem to develop creative, forward-thinking solutions. Ensure user experience designs are rooted in usability standards, accessibility compliance and industry best practices. Collaborate with business product owners, CHS Digital and IT engineers to deliver compelling designs to market that satisfy our goals and enhance our product set. Procure and use data, including testing methods and KPIs to identify ways to improve the user experience. Conduct group facilitation, user interviews, heuristic evaluations, and usability test design and moderation Seamlessly alternate between dealing with highly technical teams and nontechnical business teams Work with others in the UX Center of Excellence to develop and advocate for sound UX approaches across the organization Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations.
