Kindly review the following job requirements and inform me if you are interested Job Role: SAP Redwood-RMJ Administrator Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX or Miramar, FL Visa: Any visa Duration : 6+ Months Reason for Opening: Purchasing the enterprise version of SAP (called Redwood) and migrating the old version over to the new one. Job Description: EXPERIENCE: Experience deploying, managing, and supporting Redwood RMJ (RunMyJobs). Looking for an SME who can help with the RMJ implementation. Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting, and Java. Cloud experience (this is a cloud-based application) Basic scripting knowledge of Windows, CMD/PS1, Unix, Linux, Web Services, SOAP, and REST Preferred OS experience (Unix, Linux, Windows, iSeries) Preferred Networking experience to help diagnose any connectivity issues with process servers, platform agents, secure gateways, emails, etc. Preferred API experience to assist manage integrations with multiple systems. Preferred Experience with your Enterprise applications: SAP, ServiceNow, Etc. Open to On Call Rotation (for escalations) OVERVIEW: We are looking for an experienced Redwood RMJ (Run My Job) Sr. Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orchestrating the Redwood RMJ solution. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for working closely with several ETP teams to understand their requirements and ensure the successful implementation of New and Updates to existing applications configured to run their respective scheduled job in Redwood RMJ including processes across Multiple platforms. You will also provide ongoing maintenance and support to all application owners to ensure the continued success and performance of the application. Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall performance and successful process of the Redwood RMJ solution with the objective of a centralized system that provides a unified platform for managing all scheduled jobs across company applications and platforms. Orchestrate the deployment and maintenance of the Redwood RMJ enterprise scheduling tool, which requires advanced automation solutions to achieve the high levels of availability, reliability, and productivity necessary for coordinating complex operations across diverse systems. Design the solution to scale with the growing needs of the company, accommodating an increasing number of batch jobs and complex scheduling requirements as the organization expands. Ability to understand and apply role base access security and meet least privilege principals. Define Service and governance that is easy for all application owners to understand and use. Ensure Application owners have the objective to automate the scheduling of tasks and jobs following the company Standards set in place for the RMJ solution. Work closely with application owners to understand their business requirements and objectives, including the Entire Batch Process from the different systems and applications. Audit all applications owners are consistently following the Redwood RMJ scheduler standards in place including dependencies across all platforms/applications configured in the tool. Provide guidance and be available to assist all Application owners. Mentor and train RMJ admin. Provide 24/7 on-call Support for all Production reported incidents with the Redwood RMJ scheduler. Schedule training sessions for all application owners as needed to enable them to effectively use the Redwood RMJ solution. Monitor and provide solutions to all reported incidents in ServiceNow. Document in detail Root Cause/PCAs to all Redwood RMJ Incidents reported in ServiceNow. Create and Maintain all Redwood RJM documentation in ServiceNow Knowledge Articles. Follow the Change Management process on all Redwood RJM application changes including all future Upgrades. Responsible for participating and giving guidance to all Redwood RJM changes submitted to the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings. Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to workload automation and Redwood RMJ. Conduct periodic meetings with Application owners to audit/review/identify feedback/challenges/recommendations of each application, including decommissioning of stale jobs, failing jobs, performance degradation, product deficiencies, etc. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong understanding of workload automation concepts and best practices. Experience with Batch Scheduling Software such as SAP Redwood, and Help Systems. High level of troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Familiarity with distributed systems integration or cloud services a plus Above average written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex technical issues in a language understood by different levels of business leadership, end users, and technical resources. Play an active role in process improvements and development utilizing ITIL Framework EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technical discipline preferred Note: Sufficient and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirements Preferred Certifications: Redwood-RJM administrator Trust is Contagious!!
