Role : Senior UX Designer Location : Seattle WA (Hybrid) Job description: Skills Must have Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX design and user research Experience conducting user research, including customer interviews, usability testing, and creating user journey maps. Familiarity with hardware/software integration and the challenges associated with designing for both. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools. We use Figma and Miro. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex research findings into actionable design solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders effectively. Knowledge of software development processes and the ability to work closely with development teams to ensure design implementation.
