Role: Golang Developer with GCP Location: Issaquah, WA (hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months Must have: 2+ Years of Exp in GCP 6+ Years of Exp in microservices. 6+ Year of Exp in GoLang Requirements: 10+ years experience developing and deploying highly available multi-cloud services and applications A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as an engineer developing microservices and accelerators in a cloud environment Deep knowledge of complex patterns, distributed systems, DevOps and CI/CD practices. Expertise in migrating heterogeneous compute workloads to hosted container platforms (i.e Kubernetes, OpenShift) Expertise in GoLang programming language Expertise in common development frameworks (i.e. GoLang). Proficiency in Golang for both microservices and monolithic architectures, showcasing strong knowledge of Go standard libraries. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and gRPC, essential for the integration of Go-based applications with other systems and services. Solid understanding of data storage solutions, including experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Expertise in concurrent programming, understanding Go routines, channels, and the sync package to optimize performance. Significant Experience with Infrastructure as Code, Reference Architectures, and Landing Zones. Development experience in a multi-public cloud environment. Knowledge of networking and DNS concepts.
