Contract with TCS Data Analyst Note::Need Junior Resource has two works in 2 different locations at client site (First 2 months in Rockville & next 4+ months in Upper Merion, PA) Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions. Assist in the development of data models and predictive analytics to support business objectives. Present analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on performance metrics. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization tools. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
