| STEP support Engineer (Remote Position) Visa- USC/GC only 6+ months contract Skills/Experience needed: BS Degree with 5+ years of experience with STEP support to serve as a single point of contact (POC) for all support tickets. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience of the STEP system and be able to assist in the transition to a new tool called Workstation. STEP (Stibo Systems Enterprise Platform) is a third-party system that houses all product information. It provides a single, proven foundation for integrating master data across domains, enabling the kind of data quality, insight and operational agility that sets companies apart. Expertise in Step system to reduce support work, aiming to streamline support processes and improve efficiency. Experience with GCOM, and this depends on STEP. Data transformation, quality checks, and printer tables are used to ensure data is consumable for source and target systems.
