Position:: Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Techno-Functional consultant Location: Remote role Detailed Job Description: Seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Techno-Functional consultant. The position will primarily be responsible for working with business team, providing analysis and fixes to Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module. The candidate should have a minimum two years of experience in Oracle Cloud North America Payroll Implementation and/or support projects. Should have good experience in payroll processing, troubleshoot the issues, Oracle quarterly upgrades, quarter and year end activities, costing, Fast Formula, HDL, Integrations, OTBI reporting. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. Around 8 years of experience in software development life cycle Ability to provide strategic solutions with regard to HCM Cloud Modules Over 4 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projects Minimum two years of experience in Cloud Payroll implementation or support Expertise on North American payroll functional business processes and regulatory requirements in US. Responsible for maintaining employee payroll data, administer garnishments and maintain the integrity of the system Expertise in HCM Payroll cloud - Payroll processing Able to Troubleshoot Payroll issues and provide resolution Loading external deductions and payroll data conversions in HCM Payroll cloud Responsible for executing all the post payroll processes and ensuring the accuracy of files being transmitted post payroll to various vendors Expertise in Payroll cloud Tax updates activities and payroll testing after each upgrade. Should be able to interact and work with Payroll business. Experience in Time & Labor, Absence Management Modules. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in creating BI reports and payroll reconciliation related activities. Expertise in creating and troubleshooting Fast Formula Experience with HDL. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
