Performed role of Scrum Master Execution of Agile Ceremonies Creating and managing Project Plan and Product Backlogs Ensuring timely troubleshooting and solutioning of and Issues Building cross functional project team. Well versed in stakeholders communication and having strong leadership qualities. Done Capacity planning, Formulize user stories, sprint segments, team members and roles, and a formal communication structure Mentor and Coach Team on Agile and Kanban processes and practices throughout project lifecycle Well versed in Resource Management, Project Budgeting, Account Management, Communication and Facilitation.
