| Broadcast IT Engineer Location : 100% ONSITE (Washington DC)- LOCAL candidates in WASHINGTON DC or nearby states who can go onsite from day 1 Visa : Preferably USC/GC Holders Contract: 6 months Experience: minimum of 7 years Good command in English Please provide a copy of PHOTO ID. Detail your experience with VMWare, HyperV and Equalogic. Detail your experience with Office 365 administration. Detail your experience with Backup and disaster recovery. Do you have experience with hardware repair of servers, laptops, etc. Skills Assessment (years of experience): Active Directory security - Office 365 Multimedia YouTube (online streaming platform) - Twitch (online streaming platform) - Computer/hardware/network/PC OS support - Windows 2016 Server - DNS - DHCP - Visio/AutoCAD for documentation - Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed (Y/N) Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. 5+ years of experience in supporting computer hardware, network and PC operating systems. 7+ years of multimedia experience inclusive of live event and broadcast production Expertise working with Windows 2016 Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Office 365. Proven experience in advanced troubleshooting techniques and monitoring. High degree of integrity, able to handle sensitive and confidential material. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment. Able to initiate own daily assignments, follow through on matters of concern, and use independent discernment to take appropriate actions. Strong attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Experience with online streaming platforms.
